Substitution Policy

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for:

• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages from late or failed delivery

• Delays caused by incorrect address information provided by customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.)

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arizona-flower-delivery.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues. For quality concerns, we offer replacement delivery or full refund at your preference.
