About Our Service
Arizona Flower Delivery is an e-commerce platform that sells and delivers fresh flowers throughout Arizona. We work with a network of professional local florists to fulfill orders and coordinate deliveries across the state.
When you place an order through our website, you are purchasing directly from Arizona Flower Delivery. We process your payment securely and coordinate with local Arizona florists for same-day delivery of hand-crafted arrangements.
Order Acceptance & Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability:
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
 - Prices are subject to change without notice until order is confirmed
 - Product availability may vary based on season and local florist inventory
 - You will receive email confirmation when your order is accepted and processed
 
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our payment processor. All prices are in US Dollars. Tax and delivery fees are calculated and disclosed before final checkout.
Delivery Terms & Guarantees
We strive for timely, quality delivery of all orders:
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone (Monday-Saturday)
 - Delivery windows are estimates and exact times cannot be guaranteed
 - Weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events may delay delivery
 - If recipient is unavailable, florist will attempt safe delivery or redelivery

Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability and Arizona's unique climate, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the style, theme, and color scheme. If you prefer no substitutions, note this in your order comments - we'll contact you if exact items are unavailable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are assigned to a florist. Once a florist begins creating your arrangement, cancellation is no longer possible. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at support@arizona-flower-delivery.com or 1-888-610-8262.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for:
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages from late or failed delivery
 - Recipient's personal preferences or allergies to specific flowers
 - Damages caused by recipient's improper care of flowers after delivery
 - Delays caused by incorrect address information provided by customer
 - Events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.)
 
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arizona-flower-delivery.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues. For quality concerns, we offer replacement delivery or full refund at your preference.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to use our website appropriately and not to misuse our platform or attempt to interfere with its functionality, security, or the privacy of other users.
