At Arizona Flower Delivery, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. All flower arrangements are delivered fresh and hand-crafted by professional Arizona florists. We stand behind the quality of every bouquet.
Quality Issues & Replacements
If you're not completely satisfied with your flower delivery, please contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery:

We will work with you to arrange a replacement delivery or process a full refund, at your preference. Please have your order number ready and, if possible, a photo of the arrangement as delivered.
Perishable Goods Notice
Fresh flowers are perishable goods. Due to their nature, we cannot accept physical returns of delivered arrangements. However, we will gladly replace any arrangement that doesn't meet our quality standards or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Delivery Issues
If your flowers were not delivered, were damaged in transit, or if the recipient was not available:
- Contact us immediately - we'll work with the local florist to resolve the issue
- For non-delivery: We'll arrange redelivery or full refund within 24 hours
- For damaged arrangements: Photo documentation helps us process replacements quickly
- For recipient unavailable: We'll coordinate a new delivery time at no extra charge
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability and Arizona's climate, occasionally we may need to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value. We always maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your selected arrangement. If you prefer no substitutions, please note this in your order comments and we'll contact you if the exact arrangement is unavailable.
